All products and services supplied by PALLETWEST must be paid for in full on or before delivery, unless otherwise agreed to or with pre – approved extended trading.
PALLETWEST has a minimum sale amount of $100.00 AUD + GST for any items purchased ONLINE, IN STORE, via EMAIL or TELEPHONE.
Second Hand Pallets
Second hand premium grade pallets supplied by PALLETWEST are supplied as a reconditioned/ refurbished pallet.
All broken boards and/or bearers are removed and replaced with an equivalent grade of material to keep the pallet to its original specifications.
Due to the nature of the variety and unknown structural qualities of this product, PALLETWEST is unable to guarantee weight load ratings for any of its second-hand pallets.
As a pallet retailer we do offer pallets for sale that have recommended weight ratings. This recommendation is strictly a guide for the consumer to identify the product that may suit their requirements.
All information relating to the handling and weight loading of products onto second hand pallets falls entirely onto the customer to satisfy their own individual requirements which can be found in the Australian Standards for pallet manufacturing.
Any information relating to weight load ratings of pallets provided by PALLETWEST is strictly presented as a recommendation to the consumer.
We endeavour to deliver all online orders to the provided address within 10 working days. Please note that this lead time can occasionally be extended dependent on our manufacturing schedule, timber supply etc.

BY PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER WITH PALLETWEST YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- All orders over 10 pallets – you must provide either an authorized forklift and operator to unload pallets from our delivery vehicle. OR
- Provide labour to hand unload pallets from our delivery vehicle.
Due to occupational health and safety we are required to enforce these delivery requirements.
ALL NEW CLIENTS TO PALLETWEST WILL RECEIVE FREE DELIVERY FOR THEIR FIRST PURCHASE IN THE PERTH METROPOLITAN AREA*, GIVEN THAT ALL ORDERS ARE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY, BASED ON ORDERS AT Recommended Retail Price (RRP). To claim this offer, you must purchase over 20 pallets. Please contact PALLETWEST to receive your ONE TIME USE free delivery coupon, alternatively contact our office to submit your order.
Free delivery does not apply to items on sale, or any budget or economy pallets.
Free delivery does not apply to pallet furniture, timber decking or any timber orders.
CUSTOMER PICK UP. ( LOCAL PICK UP )
All orders placed online that have selected LOCAL PICK UP ( Customer to collect from PALLETWEST ) will be available for collection within 3-7 working days of the confirmation of order. Please note that this lead time may be extended for custom, timber or any manufacturing orders. An email notification will be sent to advise when the order will be available for collection.
PALLETWEST does not offer credit accounts, only strictly 7 or 14 day extended trading terms. To qualify for these terms, a minimum of 3 orders must be placed in a period of no longer than 4 months. Please contact our office to discuss our options for extended trading terms.
TITLE OF GOODS
The purchaser agrees that PALLETWEST will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made in full, notwithstanding any “on sale” by the purchaser. The purchaser acknowledges that PALLETWEST, its servants or agents shall not be liable in trespass in entering any property to retrieve the goods.
If you have received a faulty product, your goods are not suitable for your requirements or you are unhappy with your product, please contact our office to discuss our options for exchange or refunds. Payment to PALLETWEST can be made via EFT or credit card over the phone.
If paying via EFT, please forward through remittance to email@example.com. This is required for any goods to be released into dispatch or delivery.
If paying via credit card over the phone, please contact our office on (08) 9434 2264. Once paid, your credit card receipt will be emailed to you along with your paid invoice.
