All products and services supplied by PALLETWEST must be paid for in full on or before delivery, unless otherwise agreed to or a pre – approved credit account is required. All order placed online must be paid for in full via the website before any orders can proceed to checkout.
We have a minimum sale amount of $ 50.00 AUD for any items purchased ONLINE, IN STORE, via EMAIL or TELEPHONE.
All online orders that are approved will be delivered to the address provided within 10 working days from date of order. An email or telephone advise will be sent to confirm a delivery date and time.

BY PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER WITH PALLETWEST YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- All orders over 10 pallets – you must provide either an authorized forklift and operator to unload pallets from our delivery vehicle. OR
- Provide labour to hand unload pallets from our delivery vehicle.
Due to occupational health and safety we are required to enforce these delivery requirements.
If free delivery has been approved for an online order, please use your COUPON that has been provided to you. It can be entered into the shopping cart check out section which will automatically deduct the shipping on your order.

CUSTOMER PICK UP. ( LOCAL PICK UP )
All orders placed online that have selected LOCAL PICK UP ( Customer to collect from PALLETWEST ) will be available for collection within 3 working days of the confirmation of order. An email or telephone notification will be sent to advise when the order will be available for collection.
All account payments must strictly be paid on or before 7, 14 or 30 days from date of delivery depending on the trading account issued by PALLETWEST. If a 30 day end of month account is issued all payment must be received on or before the 25th day of each month for all purchases in the previous month. If the 25th day falls on a non business day then payments must be made prior to the 25th day of that month.
Accounts in excess of our trading terms will automatically be placed on stop supply. The purchaser agrees to pay all costs including legal costs on a solicitor/client basis. The purchaser further agrees to pay interest on outstanding accounts at the rate which is 2% pa above the rate charged by Bankwest for business overdrafts. PALLETWEST reserves the right to commence interest charges from the 26th of the month onwards for all 30 day end of month trading accounts with overdue balances and until full payment of the account is made.
Note* Any overdue accounts will automatically incur a $ 35.00 late payment fee in addition to any interest charges.
TITLE OF GOODS
The purchaser agrees that PALLETWEST will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made in full, notwithstanding any “on sale” by the purchaser. The purchaser acknowledges that PALLETWEST, its servants or agents shall not be liable in trespass in entering any property to retrieve the goods.
PALLETWEST will exchange items that are deemed to have manufacturing faults or classified as a warranty claim. Exchange goods will be available for collection within one business day after any returned good have been authorized by PALLETWEST to be deemed an exchange item.
PALLETWEST will not be recognized any exchange items unless made in writing to PALLETWEST within 5 working days of delivery.
PALLETWEST is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with any returned items

PALLETWEST does not refund any monies from the purchase of goods. Items can be exchanged if they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault or are eligible as a warranty claim.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TO PALLETWEST
All payments made to PALLETWEST by way of credit cards, will incur an additional 2.5% surcharge in addition to the sale amount. All EFTPOS transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge in addition to the sale amount unless waived by PALLETWEST management.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PALLETWEST will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising in any way out of any supply and delivery of goods.
